How your data flows
Your mailbox (Protime Inbox and Radar)

Good to know
- Radar derives the companies of your business partners from sender addresses and checks them against the Official Gazette. You can switch it off at any time.
- Only with the AML package: names of your correspondents are checked once against PEP and sanctions lists at OpenSanctions (processor).
What we do not do
- Sell your emails or pass them to third parties for their own purposes
- Copy the content of your emails into the commercial register
- Train AI models on your data

Good to know
- Instead of your IP address we store a pseudonym for rate limiting, deleted after about three days.
- Person pages do not appear in search engines.

What your AI assistant does with the answer, whether it stores it or uses it for training, is governed by your contract with that provider. Check the settings there.
For people in the commercial register
Why you appear on Protime
Anyone registered as a board member, managing director or authorised signatory is published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC). Protime takes over these official publications and makes them searchable.
From the Gazette to the person page

What we do not do

Your rights
- Access: you learn free of charge which data we hold about you and where it comes from.
- Objection: after verifying your identity we block your entries.
- You can report incorrect entries, for example from text recognition of old volumes.
