Import Your Existing Feeds
Bring your subscriptions from Feedly, Inoreader, or any feed reader into Protime and get AI-powered briefings from the sources you already trust.
Supported Formats
Protime accepts feed lists in three formats. Pick whichever your current reader exports.
OPML / XML
The standard format for RSS feed lists. Export from Feedly, Inoreader, or any feed reader and import directly.
Accepts .opml and .xml files
CSV / TSV
Spreadsheet exports with feed URLs. Protime detects columns automatically and lets you pick which one contains your feeds.
Accepts .csv and .tsv files
Plain Text
Paste a list of URLs or topics, one per line. Protime auto-detects whether each line is an RSS feed, a website, or a search query.
Paste directly or upload .txt files

What Gets Imported
Protime intelligently categorises each line or entry in your import file.
- URLs with /feed or /rss are added as RSS feed sources
- Website URLs are resolved to their RSS feed automatically when possible
- Plain text topics are set up as Google Search queries for ongoing monitoring
- Academic domains (arXiv, PubMed, bioRxiv) are routed to specialised academic processors
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import from Feedly?
Yes. Export your feeds as OPML from Feedly, then drag the file into the Protime import area. All your subscriptions will be added as RSS sources.
What if my file has both URLs and plain text?
Protime auto-detects each line. URLs become RSS or web sources, and plain text lines become Google Search queries. You can review and adjust before confirming.
Is there a limit on how many feeds I can import?
There is no hard limit on the number of feeds per import. Your briefing will use credits proportionally to how many sources deliver content each cycle.
Can I also paste feed URLs directly?
Yes. Instead of uploading a file, you can paste a list of URLs (one per line) directly into the import area. Drag-and-drop also works.
