What happens when you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Nothing is cut off the moment you cancel — you keep using Protime for the rest of that period, and you are not billed again afterwards.
The easiest way to cancel
Go to your subscription settings. You can cancel there directly, or open “Manage Subscription” to reach the Stripe billing portal, where you will also find your invoices and payment details. You need to be logged in.
Using the form below
The form below asks for a Stripe subscription ID. You will find it in the Stripe billing portal via “Manage Subscription” in your subscription settings— it starts with sub_. If you cannot find it, do not worry: cancel from your subscription settings instead, or email us and we will take care of it.
