For fiduciaries and trust firms

You hear about your client’s register changebefore the phone rings.

One email each morning — for your whole portfolio, into the mailbox you already use (Outlook or Gmail). Bankruptcies, commercial register changes, officer changes and PEP hits, every line linked to the official publication.

Ask about the pilot

Pilot phase — no buy button, no subscription. We set your client list up by hand, and you tell us whether it holds. Free during the pilot; how it is packaged afterwards we will settle with the first pilot firms — today’s watch add-ons (AML package, building-permit package) cost CHF 39 per month each.

Why portfolio monitoring does not happen today

Credit agencies charge per company

Moneyhouse, CRIF and the rest are built around the single lookup. At two hundred clients that becomes a sum nobody spends on a precaution — so nothing gets monitored at all.

Nobody reads the SHAB daily

Your client’s register change is published there and nowhere else. You find out when they call — or when the deadline is already running.

AML screening runs alongside everything else

PEP and sanctions screening is a separate task with its own login, cut off from the rest. What is missing is the join: the same list, the same notification.

An email. Not another portal.

You give us your client list. From then on you get one email each morning with what concerns your clients — and nothing else. No second login, no lookup per company, no search mask.

It arrives in the mailbox you already use — Outlook or Gmail. So the notification lands where you handle the case anyway: you forward it to the client, file it with the dossier, or reply directly. A portal could not do that.

  • Bankruptcy or debt-restructuring moratorium affecting a client or a counterparty — on the day it is published.
  • A change in the commercial register — officers, signing authorities, registered office, deletion.
  • A PEP or sanctions hit on a person from your list, in the same section.
  • Running deadlines with the published date and the link to the official PDF.

What it reads from

Figures measured on 11.08.2026 against our own holdings.

Commercial register

2,682,943

SHAB publications since 03.09.2018

Bankruptcies, moratoria, register changes, officer changes, deletions — held as full text in our own store, not queried from a third party.

PEP & sanctions

AML package

joined to the same client list

Screening against international sanctions and PEP lists. A hit appears in the same section as the register change, not in a second tool.

Building permits

81 %

carry the objection deadline as a date

Cantonal building and objection notices from 13 cantons — which ones is spelled out below by name. Where the deadline is published only in prose, we show the wording; we never convert it.

What we do not promise

Where deadlines are concerned, false reassurance costs more than a missing notification. So here is what we cannot do — before the conversation, not after it.

Building permits — covered

Appenzell Ausserrhoden · Basel-Landschaft · Basel-Stadt · Bern · Nidwalden · Obwalden · Schaffhausen · Schwyz · Solothurn · Ticino · Valais · Zug · Zurich

Building permits — not covered

Aargau · Appenzell Innerrhoden · Fribourg · Geneva · Glarus · Grisons · Jura · Lucerne · Neuchâtel · St. Gallen · Thurgau · Uri · Vaud

These cantons run no building rubric on the federal portal. The commercial register, bankruptcies and PEP screening apply Switzerland-wide — only the building notices are missing there.

  • Even within the covered cantons, completeness per municipality is not guaranteed: municipalities with their own official gazette publish part of their applications only there. We have one documented case, and we put it in the letter rather than keep quiet about it.
  • No notification never means “nothing happened”, it means “we hold nothing on this”. That difference appears in every answer, because with deadlines it is the one that matters.
  • We do not advise. Every card links the official publication, and that is what governs — not our summary.
  • Private individuals as applicants never appear. Personal data does not leave our store; only companies are shown.

What is not there yet

coming

Client import by CSV

Today we set your client list up by hand — during the pilot that is the more honest approach anyway.

We are looking for a few firms for the pilot

Write to us with how many clients you work with and what you would most need to react to. We set the list up and the next morning you see whether there is anything useful in it.
