Protime uses three key components: Briefings as configuration units (explained in Briefing Configuration), Issues of Briefings, and Sources.

Briefings are like your personal daily newspaper. Each "issue" contains AI-curated summaries from all your email sources, intelligently organized by topic. Instead of reading 50+ emails, you get one comprehensive briefing with all the important points highlighted.

Sources are emails that were used to generate the briefing. They might be newsletters, company emails, or other sources.

Briefing Delivery

Your briefings are delivered in two ways: as an email to your inbox for quick reading, and available in your Protime web app for configuration and accessing your complete archive.

Each briefing issue is like having a personal assistant who's already read all your emails and prepared an executive summary. The AI understands context, extracts key points, and groups related information together. Delivered as an email to your inbox and available in your Protime web app, what used to take 30-60 minutes of email scanning now takes 5 minutes of focused reading, or 60 minutes of focusing on what really matters.

Sources View (Read More)

Deep dive into original content when needed

The Sources View stores all your original emails for fast reference. When you click "Read More" on any summary, you instantly access the full email that was summarized.

Hallucination Protection Built-In

Every AI summary links directly to its original email source. One click takes you to the full, unedited email to verify any detail. No more wondering if the AI got it right – check for yourself instantly. You can also verify with Google search for additional fact-checking.
